After 28 completed days of the « 100 squats per day » challenge, I have to stop. I started the challenge to gain muscle in my legs and reinforce my knee, which went great for a few weeks. Now, my knee is hurting again, clearly because it’s too tired. It needs rest, and a 100-day challenge around one muscle set was not a good idea.
I’ll start different workouts and have a more reasonable approach.
I didn’t like the idea of giving up on a 100 day challenge, so as of today, I’m starting a new one: one photo or video file per day for Wikimedia Commons, for 100 days in a row. I’m not a huge Commons contributor, but I’m hoping this will make me − and the project − a bit better.
@alexture Est-ce que tu veux des retours sur ce challenge / comment avoir un meilleur challenge squats sans niquer tes genoux ?
