@alexture Without the military support UK and USA gave to Russia, it would take more time for sure. Still, yes Russia own the war on the east and its intervention in the last days of the Pacific campaign was the true motive, not the atomic bombs, that ended Japan resistance. @fonecokid oh, I’m not on team « Russia did it all », I just wish we weren’t on team « US did it all » :)and from my (limited) memory, the war in Japan hardly affected continental Europe & Africa, thus the title mentioning Hitler specifically. the research was done in France where honestly I don’t think we could care less about Japan resistance. the article does state that the US & UK were the main liberators of France still, so I feel like it’s pretty fair in general
